The Current GOP Is A “Christian Party” But They Love War

This is a huge and frightening contradiction…Jesus Christ was non-violent, but the Republican Party’s first instinct is to go the war when they think the US is being threatened.   Listening to the GOP debate last night, Rick Santorum, a “family values Christian” was borderline deranged in his support of going to war with Iran.

Between 104,990 – 114,667  Iraqi civilians were killed in the Iraq war.  A war we were lied into by our “Born Again Christian” president, George W. Bush.   All the Republican presidential candidates, except Ron Paul,  are obsessed with US power through military strength.
